There are two ways to connect the rails. One is the bracket connection. Use four bolts to tighten the joints of the rails to be connected. The other is to use special tools to clamp and weld the joint between the two rails.
According to their functions, the rails are divided into standard straight rails, horizontal curved rails, vertical (upper arch, downward deflection) curved rails, thermal expansion rails and inspection rails.
1. Standard straight rail
The standard straight track of the light conveyor is composed of open square steel tubes and brackets. The length of the standard straight rail is 6000mm, and connecting brackets are installed at both ends. In order to enhance the strength of the track, brackets are sometimes installed in the middle.
